Allowable Footwear at Nutana Park

Our Nutana Baseball Park received a major renovation last year.  The park looks great and we, at Baseball Saskatoon, want to ensure that the park remains that way for many years to come for the upcoming players. 

As part of our plan, we have placed requirements on footwear worn on our artificial turf field (Nutana #1), and we would like to pass this information along to you as you make footwear purchases in preparation for the upcoming season:

• Molded & metal (15U & above) cleats may be worn on the infields and outfields of all diamonds at Nutana Park.
• Only running shoes or turf shoes may be worn on the portable pitcher’s mound on the artificial turf field (Nutana #1). 

This park will be primarily used for our 15U division, but as we now have lights on two of these diamonds, we may also be using the Nutana diamonds for the 13U and 11U divisions in times of diamond shortages at those levels, so it is important for players in those age groups to be aware of these requirements as well.
